The floor in the maintenance facility at this upscale golf club was in need of a makeover. The customer was looking for a product that was easy to maintain and could withstand drips and stains that are common in this environment.

Biggest Challenge:
The application had to be user-friendly because the facility managers were doing the work—not pro flooring contractors. Staying in budget and a quick return to service were also extremely important.

What problems were solved?
Applying the quartz blend can be difficult because the sand has to be distributed evenly. A good alternative is to use a sprayer because lugging around five gallon pails of sand is tough on large projects.
